FOR RETURNS PLESE READ THE FOLLOWING

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you simply change your mind, return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days and we will refund 100% of the purchase price.

If you simply don’t want the item you have purchased we would be grateful if you return it in its original packaging where possible and unused, with any accompanying documentation. We will then issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item. Please note: Goods will only be accepted if they are returned within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore, for your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless your purchase is faulty, in which case we will reimburse postage costs incurred. Our returns address is:

SOUTH AFRICA RETURNS:

To return / exchange an item please follow these steps:

1. Please ensure the product(s) are unworn, undamaged, and in the original packaging where possible

2. Please fill out and return this form along with the item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order, unless we have notified you otherwise.

3. Send the item(s) to the address below, we suggest cutting this out and sticking to the package

4. Once we receive the item(s) we will inspect it and issue a full refund excluding the original delivery charge

5. Please note the cost of returning the item(s) to us is the responsibility of the customer

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS:

If you are based outside the South Africa, we recommend you return your item(s) through your local postal system. You are fully liable for the cost of the return.

If you wish to make an exchange, this will be processed in the same way for international customers and SA customers.

Please remember to keep your postage receipts in case the parcel does not reach us.
